Let Us Out!

Miss Prissy and I tried to get the idea across to the Tall One that we wanted to get out. It took a while, but finally she relented. What she does not realize is that, if we had pushed the door just a little harder, we could have gotten out without her help. But like I said, I want to keep that a secret...

Ooh, you look like you're in jail in that cage! I hope your Tall One lets you out often to play..

Well, I absolutely love my cage, but I don't like the idea of the door being closed. The Tall One usually has it open whenever she's home, and we have the run of the place. Still, I think the door should always be open, even when she's sleeping or at that place she calls work. I know she never has time to work on her books, so we'd be happy to do it for her. She'd come home to a pretty apartment, with nice little white paper shreddings all over the floor, so all three of us could play with them. I don't understand why she does not let us help her!
